Enterprise-wide EMIS implementations create bridges for sharing EH&S data, improve accuracy, optimize resources, and enhance compliance. T3, a division of Trinity Consultants, has unparalleled experience in the implementation and integration of EMIS solutions. Our consultants are expert at leading a system selection process whereby leading EMIS products are objectively evaluated according to an organizations functional needs, budget, and timeframe. Once the appropriate EMIS software has been selected, T3 assembles a project team that knows the product, the industry processes, and the EH&S regulatory issues that are all critical to a successful implementation. Team members include core T3 technology experts as well as Trinity consultants who are strategically assigned according to their proximity, industry knowledge, regulatory expertise and experience with the client's issues.

In addition to implementing off-the-shelf EHIS products, T3 develops utilities needed to maximize the functionality of the solution. For instance, T3's Data Averaging and Integration (DIA) tool facilitates the collection, cleansing, storage, and reduction of process data needed by the EMIS. Perhaps the most visible issue with respect to EH&S data management today is greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions tracking. New federal reporting requirements will require many organizations to manage a large volume of GHG emissions-related data in a new way. An EMIS can be particularly beneficial for GHG emissions tracking due to its ability to handle the high volume of energy and fuel data needed for emission inventories, the flexibility in reporting, the ability to integrate with numerous data tracking systems, and the ability to document various data needed for verification purposes.
