Permanent Job Location: 55 Water Street, 38th Floor, New York City, NY 10041
Position Duties: Carry out a leading role on large engineering projects, including designing
tenant fit-out projects and base building/infrastructure upgrades using Revit and CAD
software tools, managing the complete design process for all types and phases of projects,
establishing project schedules, reviewing team members’ work, and contributing to content
development of departmental standards.
Requirements: Position requires Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Electrical and Computer
Engineering or directly related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in a full-service
mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering or consulting firm carrying out a leading
role on large engineering projects, including designing tenant fit-out projects and base
building/infrastructure upgrades using Revit and CAD software tools, managing the
complete design process for all types and phases of projects, establishing project schedules,
reviewing team members’ work, and contributing to content development of departmental
standards.
