The Arkansas Recycling Coalition (ARC) is committed to assisting members in improving their reduce, reuse, repurpose, and recycle opportunities, recycle skills and techniques through education, special studies, research and the exchange of ideas and technical knowledge. The ARC has pledged to educate the general public and members of government and the business community about the economic and environmental significance of recycling.
