Bill Bruscino, CM, serves as the Manager of Trinity?s Columbus, Ohio office. Bill has extensive experience assisting industrial clients with regulatory challenges.

His experience includes Title V permitting, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting, minor source and synthetic minor permitting, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan development, and emissions inventories.

He has developed and managed environmental compliance plans for his clients including several Environmental Management Information Systems (EMIS). Bill has extensive experience in the refining, chemical, oil and gas, and exploratory drilling industries, both as a project lead and as a project manager.

Bill started his environmental consulting career with Trinity in 2005 in the Columbus office. He moved to Trinity?s Baton Rouge office where he managed several large oil and gas clients. Relocating back to Columbus in 2012, Bill now oversees Trinity?s Ohio operations. Bill recently taught Trinity?s Boiler MACT and Related Rules class and is also in the instructor for Trinity?s Environmental Reporting Requirements in Ohio class.

Mr. Bruscino graduated Cum Laude earning a B.S. degree with Honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
