Ian Donaldson serves as a principal consultant in Trinity’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. Ian is involved in state and federal air permitting projects while providing regulatory compliance assistance on topics such as NSPS and MACT. He also specializes in providing high quality air dispersion modeling solutions to meet a broad range of needs such as site planning, state implementation plan support, and construction permit application modeling. Ian has assisted clients from various industries such as oil and gas, lime, glass manufacturing, steel and power. Ian received a B.S. degree in meteorology from the Pennsylvania State University.
