Mr. Jesse Gonzalez manages Trinity’s Portland, Oregon office. He has assisted clients in many industries throughout Oregon and other states, including aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, petroleum refining, mining, resin manufacturing, fiberglass product manufacturing and the commercial metals industry. His experience includes air quality projects related to federal Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) permitting, Title V compliance and permitting, Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) and New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) compliance, dispersion modeling, control technology review, health risk assessments and multimedia environmental reporting. His primary focus includes environmental reporting for semiconductor facilities, assisting semiconductor facilities improve exhaust management strategies and identifying emission reduction opportunities, which includes detailed reviews of semiconductor process emissions and chemistries.
Jesse teaches several of Trinity’s professional training courses including Air Quality Permitting for Oregon, as well as industry-specific courses including Introduction to Exhaust Management, Abatement and Air Emissions in the Semiconductor Industry and Introduction to Environmental Reporting for the Semiconductor Industry. He holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona.
