Katilin Sweet has over 18 years of experience in environmental permitting. She continues to assist Trinty’s clients with assessing the permitting requirements for new and continuing exploration and mining operations and working with proponents to develop strategy and provide guidance to advance the project including: coordinating the preparation of applications for mineral exploration activities including notices, Plans of Operations, Reclamation Permit Applications, Categorical Exclusions for exploration activities on United States Forest System (USFS) Lands, geologic and soils sections of Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements, Annual Reclamation Reports, Annual Work Plans, Attachment A Submittals for Reclamation, and As–Built Disturbance Assessments.
In addition to general project permitting management, Kaitlin has experience coordinating the required baseline data collection, project management support, and preparation of mine plans of operations. Kaitlin is an experienced liaison between project proponents and government agencies including the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), USFS, Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Regulation and Reclamation (BMRR), and Bureau of Water Pollution Control, facilitating the necessary steps in all permitting processes.
