Ms. Gross is a Principal Consultant who leads Trinity?s air quality permitting and compliance services in its Salt Lake City office. With over 25 years of environmental consulting experience, her expertise includes state and federal air quality permitting (PSD/NSR, Title V), air emissions inventories, Tier II reports, Toxic Release Inventory reports, and air dispersion modeling. She has assisted clients in various industries such as portland cement, glass manufacturing, hot dip galvanizing, asphalt, oil and gas, surface coating, aerospace, pulp and paper, railroad, and semiconductor manufacturing.

In addition, Ms. Gross has been an instructor for Trinity?s Clean Air Act Workshop for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry, Clean Air Act Workshop for the Portland Cement Industry, and Air Quality Permitting in Texas ? NSR and Title V. Ms. Gross graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
