Latha Kambham, Ph.D. is a Principal Consultant and manages Trinity’s Dallas office. Her experience includes air construction and operating permitting (New Source Review and Title V), emissions inventories, Tier II reports, TRI reports, water and wastewater permitting and reporting, air compliance assessments, air dispersion modeling, environmental audits, development of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).

Since joining Trinity, Latha has provided services to a multitude of industries including electric power generation, steel mills, oil and gas operations, chemical manufacturing plants, petroleum refineries, asphalt roofing manufacturing facilities, and other facilities located in numerous states including Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Illinois.

Latha graduated with a Ph.D. in Engineering and Applied Sciences and M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of New Orleans. She is also a Certified Manager.
