Matt DeCaro has a diverse background in environmental planning, wetland science, stream ecology, water quality, SEPA/NEPA compliance, and project management assisting Trinty clients with a wide range of industrial, commercial, multi-family residential, and public projects throughout Western Washington. He provides environmental permitting and regulatory compliance assistance for land use projects from their planning stages through entitlement and construction.
