The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is a landmark mixed-use development located on One Island Drive, combining private residences with Mandarin Oriental’s North American flagship hotel. Rising 800 feet and 400 feet respectively, the two-tower development creates a premier residential and hospitality destination set within a secluded waterfront setting. Trinity Consultants has been engaged as the acoustical consultant, supporting the performance expectations of this high-rise luxury environment.

Vision

The development at One Island Drive is designed to set a new benchmark for luxury living and hospitality in Miami. The 800-foot tower includes 280 two- to four-bedroom homes, while the 400-foot tower houses 121 hotel guest rooms, 66 private residences, and 28 hotel residences. An expansive resort-style podium connects the towers and includes more than 100,000 square feet of amenities. Looking ahead, the project is positioned to offer a seamless blend of private residential living and five-star hospitality, supported by carefully integrated building systems that prioritize comfort and discretion.

Partnership

Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) is leading the architectural design of the two-tower development and shared podium amenities.
