Palazzo Del Sol and Palazzo Della Luna are ultra-luxury condominium towers located on Fisher Island, designed to deliver privacy, exclusivity, and high-performance living within one of South Florida’s most prestigious residential enclaves. Trinity Consultants provided integrated acoustics, audiovisual, IT, and security consulting and engineering services to support both towers, ensuring that technology, comfort, and protection are seamlessly embedded within the architectural vision.

Palazzo Del Sol and Palazzo Della Luna were conceived as premier residential destinations offering expansive units, high-end amenities, and a private island lifestyle. The design emphasizes both luxury and performance, requiring discreet integration of sophisticated systems throughout residential and shared spaces. Looking ahead, the towers continue to provide residents with a refined living environment that balances connectivity, security, and acoustic tranquility.

Trinity Consultants provided integrated acoustics, audiovisual, IT, and security consulting for the ultra-luxury Palazzo Del Sol and Palazzo Della Luna towers on Fisher Island. The team designed acoustic strategies to control mechanical and exterior noise, including ferry noise impacts, while developing AV, connectivity, and security systems across residential and amenity spaces. These solutions supported resident comfort, robust building connectivity, and comprehensive site security.

Trinity Consultants designed audiovisual systems for public areas, the gymnasium, recreational rooms, theater, pool areas, and building-wide television distribution. IT infrastructure includes voice, data, and Wi-Fi systems serving the base building, cabanas, and individual condominium units, providing robust connectivity throughout the property. Security systems were designed to include CCTV and access control for the base building, perimeter, and garage areas, supporting comprehensive site protection.

Acoustical consulting services addressed mechanical system noise control, partition design, and construction detailing to achieve defined acoustic criteria for all occupied spaces. Special construction details were coordinated for amenity areas to ensure acoustic performance aligns with residential comfort expectations. For Palazzo Della Luna, a detailed ferry-noise impact analysis was conducted to evaluate and mitigate potential exterior noise transmission to occupied spaces, preserving interior tranquility.
