Aman Miami Beach is an oceanfront luxury hospitality and residential development located along Collins Avenue, representing the continued urban evolution of the Aman brand. Designed to reflect the brand’s signature emphasis on serenity, privacy, and refined experience, the project includes a 56-suite hotel and a standalone residence-only building with no more than 22 branded homes. Trinity Consultants is providing integrated acoustic, audiovisual, IT, and security design to support a seamless, high-performance guest and residential experience.

Vision

Aman Miami Beach is conceived as a luxury retreat embedded within one of the most dynamic coastal destinations in the United States. The design features wraparound terraces and floor-to-ceiling glazing that frame Atlantic Ocean views, while carefully curated interior environments reflect Aman’s understated elegance. Looking ahead, the project is positioned to offer guests and residents an immersive experience that balances the energy of Miami Beach with the calm and discretion synonymous with the Aman lifestyle.

Trinity Consultants is developing comprehensive acoustic strategies to ensure guest suites, public spaces, and private residences achieve exceptional sound isolation and interior comfort, despite the project’s active oceanfront and urban surroundings. From mitigating exterior noise intrusion to carefully shaping interior acoustics within amenity areas, the design approach balances technical rigor with the refined expectations of a luxury hospitality environment, all while preserving the architectural clarity and aesthetic intent of the development.
