WELCOME! YOU'VE LANDED IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Founded in 2000, WorkingBuildings, now part of Trinity Consultants, is a nationally recognized leader in building commissioning, quality assurance, and sustainability consulting. With over $50 billion and 2 billion square feet of commissioned space experience, we are driven by a singular mission: to ensure that every facility we touch performs at its highest potential—on day one and for years to come.

Sustainability is in Everything We Do

We have adopted an extremely practical approach to sustainability projects. We understand that every project has the potential to be sustainable. But every project has constraints in budget, location, and intended program, and each one of these may inhibit a client’s ability to achieve sustainability for their structures.

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Earns LEED Gold Certification

We are proud to have worked on multiple projects with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. The Center for Advanced Pediatrics opened in July of 2019 and brings multiple pediatric clinics and specialist to metro Atlanta under one roof. This 8-floor outpatient facility will provide care across more than 20 pediatric specialties, with more than 250 rooms for patient care, exams, consults and procedures. This facility earned its LEED Gold certification.

Intelligence Data Center Achieves Substantial Savings

Our team of experts performed total building commissioning services for the new intelligence data center and office building, located in Blue Ash, Ohio. During the process, we averted many issues leading to substantial savings by identifying potential RFIs and change orders that would have occurred later in the project. In addition, many of the problems we identified will reduce costs associated with operations and maintenance, as well as help the facility to maintain uptime throughout operations.
