The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has announced it is currently considering removing the older, non-current, air quality permits from their website. This service has long been available to the public for free, but the MPCA is now considering removing the air permits that are not current from the website and making them available via information requests only, which may require a modest fee to cover the MPCA's time to gather the information. MPCA is proposing this change because, based on website visitor data, the MPCA has seen that few visitors to the website access these older permits.
If you have any comments or concerns about this proposed changed, they can be directed to Mary Jean Fenske. They must be sent and received before January 4, 2019.
