Trinity Consultants is excited to announce the opening of our Nederland office in the state of Texas. The new location complements our other Texas offices and will primarily serve south Texas supporting the Golden Triangle region.

Leading new office operations is Managing Consultant, Damon Whitman. “We’ve been servicing the Golden Triangle for decades”, said Whitman. “I’m excited to open an office in the region that will bring us closer to the clients we serve who do business across a wide range of industries”. Team Trinity brings extensive experience with Texas environmental permitting and compliance, project management, and Process Safety Management. With an in-depth knowledge of the local and federal permitting and compliance processes, Trinity supports industrial clients with authorizing capital projects, managing continuous compliance, and with enforcement negotiations with EPA, OSHA, and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

For most of his career, Damon Whitman has served as a direct employee and manager of several local chemical and petrochemical sites. Additionally, he has been involved with OSHA PSM studies, Project Management, BACT, and facility startup and expansion requirements.

Damon Whitman earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.B.A. from McNeese State University. His undergraduate and graduate employment experiences allowed him to deal directly with emerging OSHA, TCEQ, and other regulatory agency requirements.
