We are excited to announce the acquisition of Bridgewater Group, an environmental consulting firm. The company will operate within Trinity’s environmental consulting division, combining its environmental assessment, compliance, and permitting capabilities into one unified entity.
“Trinity and Bridgewater’s team members share similar values in solving client problems, and we’ve long respected the firm’s team members and their unmatched commitment to deliver high quality solutions that are customized with the client’s unique environmental challenges in mind,” said Vineet Masuraha, managing director for Trinity’s west region. “We’re excited about the additional capabilities brought by their highly skilled staff, established relationships and strong client base in the Pacific Northwest market. Together, our combined expertise will be a strategic asset enabling us to provide better, more comprehensive services to clients in the Western United States and beyond.”
Since its inception in 1998, Bridgewater has cemented its reputation for excellence in siting and permitting; environmental compliance and information management; environmental liability management; site characterization and remediation strategy, and building characterization, decommissioning, and demolition services. They blend technical proficiency with deep regulatory expertise to help clients across industries (from mining to power generation, data centers, pharmaceuticals, metals manufacturing, forest products, utilities, semiconductors, and aviation) anticipate environmental risks, navigate complex permitting and regulatory landscapes and comply with confidence. This acquisition will expand Trinity’s presence in the Pacific Northwest.
The firm’s leadership team—Aaron Leritz, John Browning, Jeff Dresser, Kent Norville, Justin Pounds, Anna Maria St. John, and Travis Quarles—will play a key role in Trinity’s environmental consulting division.
“We’re thrilled to come together with a global environmental consulting firm that will extend our ability to help clients navigate an increasingly complex regulatory arena, ensuring clients are equipped to assess and address environmental challenges,” Leritz said. “This partnership allows us to build on Bridgewater’s 200 years of collective experience and our shared track record of combined successes, enabling us to diversify our projects, expand our geographic footprint, and provide higher-value services on a larger scale.”
