We are excited to announce the acquisition of Zanjero, an engineering and water planning consultancy. The company will operate within Trinity’s water & ecology division, combining its technical and legal expertise with experts from the previous acquisitions of Minnow Aquatic Environmental Services, Ecofish Research, WestLand Resources, Soundview Consultants, ECOSA and Vision Environment.
“Zanjero shares our commitment to scientific excellence, environmental ethics and exceptional responsiveness to address complex regulations and resource challenges,” said Mike Remsberg, divisional president of Water & Ecology at Trinity. “Given their specialized expertise providing strategic water resource planning services to cities, counties and water service providers throughout California and the Western U.S., Zanjero enables us to deliver a more extensive suite of solutions to better meet client’s growing needs.”
Founded in 2022, Zanjero, Inc. (Zanjero) is a premier water resources firm that bridges the gap between traditional engineering firms and traditional law firms by synthesizing the legal, technical, economic, and political elements that permeate water issues and water plans. Zanjero provides extensive expertise around water planning, political dynamics, financial impacts, regulatory and legal mandates and technical realities to advise, manage and solve client’s most complex water challenges. Zanjero’s unique ability to transcend both complex legal and technical water resource matters differentiates them within their core service areas.
The firm’s leadership team—Jim Crowley, Greg Young, and Gwyn-Mohr Tully—will remain in place and work closely with divisional president Mike Remsberg and the broader Trinity leadership team to expand and enhance solutions.
“The Trinity acquisition marks a pivotal chapter in our company’s growth trajectory,” said Jim Crowley partner at Zanjero. “This partnership allows us to build on our successes and collectively expand our geographic footprint, provide greater opportunities for career advancement, and better serve our people, clients and communities in North America and beyond.”
