DALLAS (June 22, 2026) – Trinity Consultants, a leading global environmental consulting firm providing services and solutions in the EHS regulatory compliance, built environment, life sciences, and water & ecology markets, today announced the expansion of its Philadelphia operations with a new office in Center City’s Market West district. The move reflects continued growth across the region and increased collaboration between two of Trinity’s leading built environment teams, Jaros, Baum & Bolles (JB&B) and Cerami & Associates.

Located at 1700 Market St., Suite 3112, the new office supports a rapidly growing regional portfolio that spans major healthcare, life sciences, cultural, and technology projects, including Jefferson Health’s Honickman Center, the SK pharmteco campus in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, Longwood Gardens, and increased data center developments across the region.

“Philadelphia continues to be a strategically important market for Trinity as demand grows across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and advanced technology sectors,” said Paul Greywall, president and CEO of Trinity Consultants. “This expansion reflects our ambition and ability to invest in the talent, expertise, and integrated capabilities needed to shape the future of the built environment and design engineering marvels that push the limits of what’s possible.”

Strengthening Built Environment Expertise

The co-location further strengthens Trinity’s integrated built environment expertise, enabling closer collaboration across MEP, acoustic design, technology, and sustainability disciplines to help clients solve their most complex and contentious building challenges.

“The shared office and parent company are a natural evolution of a relationship that spans more than six decades,” said James Perry, managing director of Trinity Consultants. “Together, our teams help clients create buildings that are high-performing, technically sophisticated, and exceptional places for people to work, heal, learn, and gather. Bringing these teams together in Philadelphia creates new opportunities to collaborate and deliver even greater value to clients.”

Investing in Local Leadership

To support continued growth, the Trinity Consultants MEP team, JB&B, recently promoted Stephen Heidengren, senior associate, Plumbing and Fire Protection, and Daniel Davis, senior associate, Process Engineering, into office leader roles. Together, they will help oversee project delivery, staffing, and team development for the Philadelphia office.

“We’ve gone from four people to 25 in five years, and that kind of growth requires intentional leadership,” Davis said. “I find real fulfillment in helping others succeed, and this role allows me to support our engineers, strengthen our culture, and ensure that we’re pursuing projects that align with our long-term vision.”

Heidengren added: “What makes this work rewarding is that every client, building, and challenge is different. As we continue to grow, I’m focused on building an environment where our engineers can develop their expertise, tackle complex problems, and build meaningful careers.”

“Our continued growth in Philadelphia reflects our commitment to the region and the exceptional team we’ve built here,” said Brian Towers, managing principal of JB&B. “Bringing JB&B and Cerami together in one location strengthens our ability to collaborate, share expertise, amplify what makes us great, and seize opportunities for growth and expansion in monumental ways.”
