Joe King

With over 30 years of environmental and safety compliance experience, Joe King is well versed in these areas and has applied them to a wide variety of industries including the following: aggregate mining and processing; ready mixed concrete production; asphalt production; semiconductor manufacturing; food processing; agriculture; power generation; fiberboard recycling; oil blending and distribution; and real estate development. His specialties include storm water, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, worker safety, and water quality.

Mr. King has successfully assisted clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with applicable environmental and safety requirements. He has extensive experience interfacing with government agencies and personnel at all levels of clients’ organizations, including senior management, facilities, operations, human resources, and legal to achieve goals. Mr. King provides services that include overall EH&S program development and implementation; preparing plans and reports to meet regulatory requirements; and training, auditing, and regulatory impact analysis.

In addition to his extensive experience as a consultant, he has also worked on the industry side as the EH&S Manager for a high-tech R&D and manufacturing firm. He continues to provide successful client and project management, including scheduling, coordination, budgeting, and quality control.

John Hecht

With over 30 years in the petroleum and environmental consulting fields, John Hecht is a co-founder of Sespe Consulting, which was acquired by Trinity in January 2021. John is highly involved in West Coast land use planning and new facility development projects. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the mining industry, including community and public agency relations for planning and permitting of mining and industrial operations. John’s extensive knowledge of the technical and political aspects associated with the permitting in these industries makes him a key player in oversight of these complex projects.

John holds a Professional Degree in Geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University. He is a registered professional engineer (PE) in California.
