Environmental Reporting Requirements in New York

This new 1-day course provides an overview of the environmental reporting fundamentals and requirements for a typical calendar year. The course addresses major environmental reports required to be submitted to the New York DEC and the U.S. EPA for facilities located in New York. Practical work exercises are incorporated in to the course instruction to facilitate full understanding of the nuances of the environmental reports. A discussion of best practices, or compliance techniques, is also provided.
