    Water Quality Compliance and Wastewater/Stormwater Permitting in Texas

    This new ½-day course is intended for environmental professionals responsible for water quality permitting and compliance management for their facilities. The course covers essential topics such as water permitting and compliance; storm water permitting and compliance; spill prevention, control and countermeasures (SPCC) planning and compliance; wetlands permitting; and other Clean Water Act (CWA) programs. SPCC will be briefly discussed.
