Matt Berlew serves as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Trinity Consultants. He leads the firm’s deal sourcing and execution initiatives in the area of corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Trinity, Matt served as Sr. Director of Corporate Development for ACTIVE Network, a private equity-backed software company where he identified target acquisition candidates, negotiated deal terms, led due diligence, and coordinated initial integration efforts of acquired companies. He also held various corporate development, strategy, and finance positions with Sabre Corporation.

Matt received a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

Russell Iorio serves as Managing Director of Corporate Development for Trinity Consultants. He brings over 30 years of corporate development and M&A experience to his role at Trinity.

Prior to joining Trinity, Russell served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Leggett & Platt, a publicly-traded global manufacturing company, where he led the company’s M&A program as well as New Growth Platform development and corporate strategic planning. Prior to joining Leggett & Platt, Russell was Vice President of Planning & Development for PennWell Corporation, a privately-held business-to-business media company.

Russell received a BSBA in Finance from the University of Tulsa and an MBA from Rice University.
