Brian Ketchum

Brian Ketchum was a principal owner in Environmental Compliance & Safety, Inc. (ECS), which was established in 2002 and acquired by Trinity Consultants, Inc. (Trinity) in August 2024. Brian now serves as a principal consultant and office manager for Mississippi offices in Tupelo and Jackson, MS. The MS offices primarily focus on industrial environmental and safety compliance, permitting, and other related EHS support.
Brian has been working in the environmental and safety field for over 30 years. He began his career in 1992 with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), where he rose to Branch Chief in the Environmental Permits Division before leaving to become a corporate EHS manager and later Plant Manager for a chemical manufacturing company in Hattiesburg, MS. He started ECS in 2002 with Kirk Shelton.

Brian graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1992 and later received a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Mississippi. He has been a registered Professional Engineer in Mississippi since 1997, and is also currently registered in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Florida. Brian is a member of the Community Development Foundation (CDF), Mississippi Manufacturers Association (MMA), Professional Engineering Societies (MES and NPES), and Air & Waste Management Association (AWMA) – Board of Directors (2013-15, 2022-24).

Connor McNally

Connor serves as Manager of Consulting Operations for Trinity’s Corpus Christi office and has 10 years of environmental experience with a focus on air quality. Connor is responsible for the technical quality, cost, and schedule for various environmental projects. His areas of technical expertise include air quality permitting, multi-media permitting, compliance management, environmental auditing, emission quantification, dispersion modeling, and regulatory interpretation. Connor has led NSR permitting for numerous capital permitting projects across the Texas gulf coast.

Connor supports a diverse range of clients in the petrochemical, midstream, power and manufacturing industry sectors. Prior to joining Trinity, Connor held several air quality consulting positions at DiSorbo Consultants. He initially began his career as an air quality permitting engineer at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Connor graduated from St. Edwards University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science.
