Chris Weber

Chris Weber serves as the Operations Manager of Trinity’s Kansas City, Kansas office. After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 2000, Chris began his career in environmental consulting in Texas supporting the electric utility, petroleum refining, and chemical manufacturing industries. He joined the environmental team at HOVENSA, once the largest refinery in the Western Hemisphere, in 2011, then returned to consulting while based out of Washington state and Colorado.

Immediately prior to joining Trinity in 2024, Chris was the corporate Air Quality Lead for Seminole Electric Cooperative, a G&T utility serving 2 million customers in Florida with a generation mix of coal-fired boilers, combined and simple cycle combustion turbines, and solar. At Seminole, he contributed to NERC compliance programs, managed complex air permitting for a new combined cycle facility, and led efforts to address challenges from the MATS Rule, Clean Power Plan, and ACE Rule.

Chris has obtained a diverse set of experiences, both within industry and as a consultant, and provides expertise in multiple states with significant differences in regulatory approaches and environmental challenges. As a past chair of the Florida Electric Power Coordinating Group and through participation in other trade groups such as AFPM and NRECA, Chris has helped industries navigate through the lifecycle of rule development, gap analysis, and implementation of new compliance programs and strategies. As environmental regulations continue to evolve, Chris is poised to utilize his experience to help clients in Kansas and the East maintain compliance and meet their business objectives.

Anna Aumann

Anna Aumann is a seasoned environmental consultant with over 20 years of experience, based in Trinity’s Chicago office and serves as a Regional Manager for Trinity’s Midwest region. Anna has been instrumental in delivering high-impact environmental consulting services to a broad spectrum of industries, including petroleum refining, terminals and pipelines, power generation, data centers, building products, roofing and asphalt, food manufacturing, and coating and printing.

Anna has extensive experience supporting clients with project strategy and environmental compliance. Her expertise spans complex air quality permitting projects such as Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) avoidance, state operating permits, and construction permitting. She is adept at navigating regulatory frameworks including New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), state-specific environmental regulations, and refrigerant management requirements.

As a trusted advisor, Anna partners closely with clients to align environmental strategies with business objectives. Her collaborative work with state and federal agencies has led to flexible permitting outcomes and successful resolution of compliance challenges and agency violations.

Anna earned a M.S. degree and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Shreyas Erapalli

Shreyas serves as manager of Trinity’s New Orleans, Louisiana office. He has an MS in Civil Engineering and supports clients in southeast Louisiana as well as the state of Mississippi.

With over 15 years of environmental consulting and industrial operations/design experience, Shreyas provides environmental consulting services to a wide range of industries, including oil & gas, chemicals, refining, energy, agricultural, and pulp & paper industries.

His experience includes multi-media environmental with a strong focus on air quality. Shreyas also serves as an instructor for Trinity’s Louisiana and Mississippi courses.
