Colorado HB22-1244 was signed into law in June 2022 and creates a new program to regulate air toxics. CDPHE is required by the law to gather specific information and promulgate new air toxics rules and programs. The newest requirement is submittal of annual air toxics emissions reports by June 30 each year.
