As promised earlier this year at the TCEQ Trade Fair, TCEQ has developed the latest version of the Aggregate Processing Operations Workbook Version 1.0 for all Permit by Rule (PBRs) in Chapter 106, Subchapter E, which covers the following:
- 30 TAC § 106.141: Batch Misers
- 30 TAC § 106.143: Web sand and gravel production
- 30 TAC § 106.144: Bulk mineral handling
- 30 TAC § 106.145: Bulk sand handling
- 30 TAC § 106.146: Soil stabilization plants
- 30 TAC § 106.148: Material unloading
- 30 TAC § 106.149: Sand and gravel production
- 30 TAC § 106.150: Asphalt silos
The workbook is required to be submitted for all Subchapter E PBRs starting January 1, 2024 and is available
